Dearly Beloved in Christ,
Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, As you are all aware of the ongoing COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic and the related restrictions, we would like to inform you that we have prayerfully discussed and decided to cancel the weekly prayer meeting scheduled for tomorrow (Saturday Mar 14). This decision has been taken in accordance with Metropolitan Bible church’s( our venue) cancellation of seniors and certain children’s ministry events, and in consideration of our overall our groups membership. Our focus will be to continually pray for the ongoing rapidly evolving situation, and also to avoid panic. As a group focused on praying for the nations and communities everywhere, we encourage each one of you to uphold our city, country and all the nations around the world during this tough times. Let’s trust in the sovereign power of God and uphold the doctors and the health care professionals for their safety. Let’s also uphold the governments at various levels, businesses and schools etc as they plan and prepare for this. We will monitor the relevant advisories and update you next Friday about the next meeting.
